General Policies

The Future Oasis School provides a positive environment for learning which is free from distractions, that restrict the teaching and learning activities.

Activities

School Related Activities may include:

  • Assemblies
  • Field trips
  • Pakistani Culture Day
  • School carnivals
  • Special projects

Attendance

The administration and professors hold the opinion that if a student misses more than 15% of the term, they have not been present for long enough to benefit from the instruction offered. A medical certificate will be required from the hospital admitted showing the exact dates he/she was ill.

Vacations and Other Extended Absences

  1. It is recommended that parents plan their vacations to match those of the school.
  2. If this is not possible, parents should be aware that any absence that lasts a long time would significantly harm the student’s academic performance.

Behavior

School and playground regulations are taught to elementary school children. Teachers employ a range of strategies to change a student’s behavior. Physical discipline is not employed. Parents are invited to a conference if unfavorable behavior becomes extreme or increasingly regular. The Principal may get involved with the student and family if the student’s behavior persists to be detrimental or negative. Expulsion or suspension may follow persistently bad behavior.

Birthday Parties

It is acceptable to hold birthday celebrations in the classroom during lunchtime at the school. All gatherings will take place during lunchtime and in the classrooms. The Administrator must receive requests for birthday parties at school at least seven days in advance of the event.

Closing of School

In the event of an unexpected school closure, parents will get an SMS notification. (Please include precise contact details.)

Conference / Appointments with Faculty

At the conclusion of the first and second terms, parent conferences are held. However, during the academic year, parents and teachers are welcome to consult. Parents who are interested in scheduling a conference should email or write to the teacher.

Conflict Resolution

In order to maximize learning, The Future Oasis School supports and encourages cooperation between parents and educators. But educating kids is a difficult process. There might occasionally be worries or problems that need to be fixed. Parents are asked to get in touch with the person who is most closely related to the topic or issue when/if such circumstances happen. Most frequently, the teacher is that person. Therefore, parents should request a meeting with the teacher through the school office. The principal and administrator of course, are available to help when needed.

Field Trips

Field trips are meant to be an essential component of the academic schedule. Visits to places related to archaeology, history, industry, and geophysics help students learn more outside of the classroom about a variety of subjects. The tours are intended to showcase the school’s academic and extracurricular offerings. All field trips require a completed parental permission form that has been signed.

Leaving School Grounds Early

When your child is on campus, The Future Oasis School is in charge of them. Please follow the instructions listed below when leaving campus to help us keep your child safe.

  3. Drivers, ayahs or others sent to collect children from school must have the student’s identity card and written permission from the parents.

  • Grades and other indicators of achievement
  • Academic ability
  • Social, emotional, physical and mental maturity
  • Chronological age
  • Research relative to the retention
  • Sibling grade levels, and
  • Parent and child input
